Commercial Pool and Spa Heaters         

Built with efficiency and simplicity in mind, the long lasting and easy to use Flowstar THX range is perfect for the energy conscious. Our system operates by transferring heat energy from a hot water circuit to the cooler pool water circuit through a titanium heat exchanger. This is achieved by circulating hot water from the heaters through an inner core, while the pool water is simultaneously circulated in the opposite direction through the outer shell.

The corrugated tube design within the heat exchanger makes it distinctive from other shell and tube heat exchangers on the market today. This unique design creates turbulent flow which intensifies heat transfer and reduces the possibility of sediment accumulation.

The Flowstar controller monitors the incoming temperature of the pool water, and intelligently controls the pump and gas heaters. The gas heaters can only be activated when the pool pump is operating, and the digital timer clock gives you complete control over heating cycles.

Heater Options

Rinnai HD28 – Always delivering a constant supply of hot water at a stable outlet temperature, no commercial hot water task is too much for the HD28. Thanks to Japanese quality and continuous design improvements, this efficient water heater is built to withstand tough Australian conditions while optimising efficiency.

 

 

 

Rinnai HD210 – The unique design incorporates two innovative Stainless Steel heat exchangers to achieve the maximum heating output from every megajoule of gas, resulting in an outstanding thermal efficiency of 97%. In addition, it employs revolutionary surface burner technology – an Australian first!
