Positioning tempering and isolation valves within new apartments has always been a challenge, as valves need to be in an accessible location but kept out of sight. Cramming valves under kitchen sinks or laundry tubs is often the only location available and requires thoughtful planning at rough-in and fit-off stages, especially when skinny mini laundry tubs are used.

Our new Tempflow range takes away the pain with an easy to assemble kit. Once assembled the plumber simply brings the pipe system being used into the box and installs adaptors into the brass fittings. The clever design uses loose-nut ball valves and fittings which provides easy access to filters and valves for maintenance and replacement.

The TF1 kit provides tempered water to the entire apartment, while the TF2 provides hot water to the laundry and kitchen and tempered water to bathrooms. These are installed under laundries and kitchens and are available with an optional cover plate and tri-tech valves. The TF3 kit provides tempered water to the entire apartment, while the TF4 provides hot water to the laundry and kitchen and tempered water to bathrooms. These can be installed anywhere within the apartment and are ideal for hotel rooms or student accommodation.
